CRC provides specialist training to government and non-government organisations. The training improves the capacity of frontline workers to support people on release from prison, families and those affected by the criminal justice system.
Many agencies come into contact with people affected by the criminal justice system and require support in understanding and responding to the issues these clients face. Our training packages are designed to assist workers across a range of sectors to work effectively with people in custody and on release from prison, and their families. The various barriers and challenges faced by these populations are explored, as are modes of practice and strategies for support.
“I felt the training was excellent as it drew on all the experience within the room as well as the trainers’, giving me valuable information, contacts and pathways to move forward”
