Transitional Boarding House Support - Inner Western Sydney

An outreach case management, transitional and reintegration service for all genders with a history of involvement in the criminal justice system and at risk of homelessness who are looking to live in boarding houses in the Inner West of Sydney.

The CRC/Boarding House Project works with people on release from prison who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who are looking to live in a boarding house in the Inner Western Sydney region. CRC transitional workers offer pre-release support and planning, and short, medium and long-term intensive holistic case management. Wherever possible, our case workers begin working with clients three months prior to release.

This project operates in partnership with the Newtown Neighbourhood Centre and is funded through DCJ.
